2. Contact the nearest post office of Russia or any transport company;

4. Also enclose in the parcel a completed application for the return of goods of good quality, an invoice or a cash receipt (attached to each order), a copy of the passport

5. We will refund your full price of the product, excluding shipping costs and return shipping.

 

If you find a marriage, someone else’s order came to you, you must:

2. Contact the nearest post office of Russia or any transport company;

4. Also enclose in the parcel a completed application for the return of the goods, an invoice or a cash receipt (attached to each order), a copy of the passport, a receipt for payment of the postal item. Or send a scan of the receipt to mail@chzda.ru

5. We will refund your full cost of the goods, including shipping and return shipping.
